When ours was living out 24/7 in a fairly large herd he just would not poo when it was worm count time. All the others would be done but he knew he was being watched and just wouldn’t go. Eventually the yard owner resorted to hiding in the trees so he couldn’t see her 😂

I know someone who loads hers in the lorry at poo count time. She doesn't even need to close the partition- the minute they're up the ramp they perform.
