Why do I keep getting logged out????

OK, I am not the world's fastest typist, but after typing a lengthy reply to a post, I found I was logged out and my reply had disappeared when I logged back in! What am I doing wrong! I am old and knackered and incapable of increasing my typing speed! Help!!

I found this a few times too so if I have alot to say I type it out in Word or Notepad then just paste a copy in so if it goes I have a copy to paste again!
Learnt my lesson after I got logged out a few times!

Have you got your login details saved to your internet browser? I turn my internet onto hho and i am already logged in and unless i was to change my password it would

I too am having this problem, logged on this morning, went to reply to a thread and logged on again.

went to reply to this one and needed to log on yet again!

You may have your security settings too high. Mine are high but I like it that way.

I often get logged out midpost but I find if I log back in what I typed is still there - if not, log in and then click the back arrow and you should find it a page or so back.

Happens to me too, Especially in the afternoons! I assumed it was because there were so many members online then. However I am a very quick typer! Even when it logs me out and I log back in again, it won't let me grrr. I type my reply then higlight it and copy it. That way if I get logged out I can just paste it rather then typing it all out again.
