Why do my jobs take 3 times as long on a Friday than anyother day?

Just got in - 8.40 pm - i got to yard as normal at 5.45 am - turned out 3 horses after changing rugs and riding one of them for 30 mins, left yard at 7.30 to go to work and had not done a single chore! Got to yard at 5pm tonight - caught 3 in - rode 1 for half an hour and just did my normal jobs..... where did the night go? Ok 2 of them demanded being scratched and the one that was ridden needed to be cooled off - but come on i must have been going at snails pace and ok i needed to soak hay but not that much ! Other half now "weaving" over his tea (its finally under the grill lol) Does anybody else have a slow day?

Some days you just do thing in the wrong order !! forgetting to take the hay to the haylege barn is my fave trick and having to trudge back don't think it helps that its getting darker now too !
