But then again, whats the point of a cob that isn't hairy, think I'll stick to my warmbloods :D:D:D

The cob looked like he didn't want to be caught.:rolleyes:

He is no problem to catch at all. Shout and he comes over.
He was just giddy because they moved fields that morning so felt the need to have a charge about.
I don't "do" horses that you can't catch. Had that with a pony when I was a kid. Never again!

I love cobs but I do get cross when people say 'why do you want a cob?' I wouldnt want a TB BUT I understand why people do want one.
For me riding is about the fun, taking part in everything and pleasure, my cob has the nicest temprement ever and can take a 5yr old hacking or me out hunting for 5 hrs.

I've done this so many times before...
Henry cob.

And the photo sequence that still makes us gasp. This is entirely the work of the pony... (he's 14hh, just, and his jockey is 12. The fence is as tall as him- safe to say she didn't plan this!).

He landed safely btw and went on to jump the massive footbridge coming out of that area... Loony pony!

However, he was totally unsellable and a massive arse most of the time. He was bargey and rude and arrogant. Dearly loved of course and truly amazing, but no one else wanted him!
