why do posters change their ids?

My daughter shares this account. It used to be her name, then I changed it when I used it more than her, then when she started using it again we changed it to the name of one of our horses - Ignition. She wants to change it again now though :rolleyes:
 
might've named it after a horse they've sold or something, and wanted to change it, or they called themselves something like ilovedressage but then went on to jumping?
 
and im not a troll neither - i didnt liek my username so changed - was bluelady, now narky mare - new name suits me much more :)

I was Ginger_Nut my horse is chestunut.....then i decided (with help from people on here) to have his "posh name" as BobbyMondeo so changed it. I have kept my signature the same though so hopefully people know who i am still

ok cos on the wall over my computer desk is a picture - its a black blackgorund with a bluelady sketched on it -- i know - so not original - and yes it was racey which i realised after lol hence the change!!!

Erm... Dumb question and sorry if it's been posted I haven't read the thread, but seen as it's come up, how do you change your username cos I made mine up at a whim and now I just think of the godfather :-/

PM admin or TheFatController and ask for it to be changed

i deleted my account - asked admin to do it after some strange pms - then rejoined xxx
 
I might change mine back to Mavis Cluttergusset, for no other reason than I am easily amused. I don't think I post anything contentious enough for people to notice, let alone wonder why though! :)
