Why move a thread like the youngster one and keep the shetland ones in?? Aren't they the same thing?

No idea anymore but it's driving me nuts! Is it something to do with file size of pic?

I believe it is because if the thread has too many pictures or large pictures it plays havoc with people browsing from their phones so TFC moves them to PG.
Why TFC can't just explain the new photo rules so we all understand I'm not entirely sure!
ETA I did ask if they could clarify this in a sticky or something months ago but they didn't deign to reply.
