Why do we do this to ourselves ?

I know huni , I have my boys ashes in an urn on a cabnet beside my bed and next to it is one of his albums and atleast once a week i look through it and i ball my eyes out to
I dont understand why I know am gonna cry so why.

Its human nature (for me anyway) there are certain things I shouldn't look at etc as the reduce me to a blubbering wreck! But it is good to cry - honest, its shows you have compassion and a heart. I still look at pics of my old girlie and dissolve completely. Her and my other one in my sig had matching competion rugs done, with their names on (don't judge me). Derry died before her's was finished so never got to wear it, its taken me three years to get it out the bag and actually use it last week and I still cried my eyes out!!

It is normal to do this I think.
It wasn't that long ago for you.
I can still occasionally get teary over our lovely boy - PTS 6 years ago! Time does help though and it does get better. You will never forget though - how can you when you loved her so much? Now I am tearful! (((Hugs)))

I remember that post

Such a tragic passing. Of course you'll never forget it, and it'll always be sad, but time is a great healer, some things just take longer to heal.
