Why does my thingy at the side say stranger?

As the post says - why does it say stranger? New to all this so aren't really sure what i am doing!! Thanks!

I suppose its because you've just joined the forum, only have a small amount of posts. Work hard and you can achieve 'carpal tunnel'!

because you have just joined lol I wondered that too when I joined which was ages ago (if you look at my post count now! lol!

) Once you have made 65 posts it will change to say Journeyman I think.

I'm a stranger too. I found a big list somewhere near here (then promptly and comprehensively lost it again) which explains almost everything. There seem to be lots of abbreviations and words of wisdom underneath everyone's posts - though not mine as yet. The odd spellings get to me a bit, pity there's no spellchecker. Read lots of posts and you'll soon pick stuff up.
