Why does she do this?

Random thought for the day, but Corroy has always in the 9 years I have had her hold her bit to one side. Even when just tacked up she stands holding it through one side of her mouth. Now she, isn't particulary stong and is very sensitive, and doesn't even really lean, so why does she do it?

Do you mean like if you were to chew something on one side of your mouth?

No she just holds it funny, so that one side pokes right out, making the bit ring very close to her lips the other.

I would get the dentist to do a 'bit seat' that will let the bit sit straight...

Yes she does.

Hmm I will have a look tonight. I have a very very reputable EDT though and he spent over an hour on them the first time under sedation, so I would've thought he would have noticed

Or maybe she's just got into a habit as I straightened it when I was on the ground yesterday

Assuming that teeth are ok, I wonder if the bit is slightly too long for her. Would she be better with 1/4" shorter?
