Why Does she Stick her tongue out?

Every time I visit my retired girls, one now always has her tongue out. She never used to do this. I thought maybe she had a sharp tooth but the dentist visited & this wasn't the case.
She seems perfectly happy, eating hay & grass & also carrots & apples.
Any ideas why she may have started doing this?
