Why hasn't my H&H arrived??

No I haven't had mine either, Bit rich really as we pay for a delivered subscription and I could have bought one at Tesco's today.....I got last weeks on Saturday due to the snow but guys it's all thawed now!
 
Mine havn't arrived on time for the last four weeks running, some of them as late as Monday... The dispatch company has offered no explanation or appology so I have cancelled my subscription because the reason I had it sent was to guarantee getting it on time instead of relying on the local shop, but at leaset for the last month it's been the more efficient option:(

Ps It hasn't been snowing that badly here (Herts/Bucks border) and I've manged to get all my normal post plus Christmas presents delivered, so the weather can't be any sort of excuse really.

Mine hasnt arrived yet either :(
It came friday last week so thought it would be here today. All the other post was here.
 
Thanks everyone - at least I know I'm not the only one. Here in Suffolk, the snow has virtually disappeared and we've had post delivered every day.

It's very annoying when you pay a subscription!!
 
Mine was late last week and still hasn't arrived today :( - we've had hardly any snow at all.

Sympathy to everyone else who has had loads of the bl***y stuff.

Enjoyed the jumping schooling article last week but not keen on the thruster article.
 
No, mine hasn't come either. Getting to be a regular event!! Not much point having it on subscription anymore as could get it from tesco and at least I'd have it on a thursday!!! Sorry but they can't use snow as a excuse here as ours has been gone for over a week.

I wonder if HH can comment on here, I'd like to know why it's always late at the moment
 
ours comes rather sporadically, some weeks it comes, some weeks it doesn't, some weeks 2 arrive together some weeks nothing arrives at all....

so we rang H&H

and it still happened *sigh*

so rang again and its coming WEEKLY :D [rather than whenever it pleases] AND the ones we missed came too!!

Last weeks was delivered on Friday, but no sign of this weeks yet. I may give up on subscription too, seems pointless if it doesn't arrive on time.
Hopefully someone on HHO will point this thread out to the distribution team!
 
yep same here, only just got last weeks well ok it was snowing but havent had this weeks and for the last 4 0r 5 weeks havent received mag until friday or sat just thinking about emailing H&H
 
Not here either, was going to phone them up to day but ran out of time.

For the last 2 Dec's my subscription has been cancelled for no apparent reason - by the time they re-intaste it, I have usually missed all the xmas editions. This was really annoying last yr as missed my hunt's report, and it had sold out in shops before I could get a copy.

Bah humbug......
 
It won't help those of you where the shops have run out as well, but I rang H&H and asked where it was; they said as far as they were aware no real problems with distributors, but they extended my subscription period by a week so I could go and buy a copy at Smith's and the money wouldn't have been wasted if the original copy then turned up - which it eventually has, but 8 days late. Haven't got this week's yet though. It is annoying, but where I am the entire county seems to have either ground to a halt, or taken the opportunity to pretend to grind to a halt, so I can't get too upset about a late magazine.
