the bit that's being discontinued, the bit that Belstane (importers) and every other saddlery couldn't find for me, and i was absolutely desperate to get my hands on for my super-sensitive new mare... well. thanks to my plea on here last night, PennyJ suggested Norris' of Beaulieu, where she got hers, and they had one in stock!
Every single second i have ever spent on here is now worth it, i swear! *sits grinning, staring at pooter*

Great news.

Don't suppose you know if this wonder-person sells the same bit in a 4 1/2 do you? The only dressage legal myler I can find in this diddy size is a hanging cheek

Well, phone them up, the number again is 01590 612215. The shop is called Norris's of Beaulieu. The fulmer style without hooks is quite good on ponies. I chose that style only because the others had the most enormous bit rings on which would have looked ridiculous on our pony whereas the fulmer looks just right.
