Today alone I have got on the road and been on my way to see horses, that I have got there only to find the previous viewers have snapped them up (or as in one case today the previous viewers turned up an hour later - right when I turned up and got to view the horse first GRRR)

So ok, Im tired and gripey so I ring up a lovely man who has a few horses to sell, ask if I can come to see a hunter type and he says yes, but someone is coming tomorrow - I say would it be possible to come before them then?

NO

NO??????? you what no??? lol I just missed out on horses because I couldn't move fast enough and now Im being told NO to coming to see it sooner!! I have cash in hand and a trailer to take the horse and go - and no-one seems to want my money....
Thoughts??

No its certainly not, although when I have bought mine, I always went - saw it, made my decision, bought it. None of ths fannying around with vettings and deposits and bank loans which everyone seems to be doing now!!

Dona, please see my post above, nothing special really

It isnt a case of first come first served anyway, at least not generally I dont think. Its not IMO, Id sell to the person I thought suited the horse the most!

Come up to Scotland, horses aren't snapped up quite so quickly (Ive never had this problem of others buying a horse first before me)...!
