That when you have the money you cant find something local for love nor money!!!

Every single box I have looked at that remotely interested me is in ruddy Lancashire or Up North!! I reckon someone who refurbs up North could make a killing down here!!

Whilst I dont mind travelling I really havent got time as work full tiime, kid and 4 neds, 1 pup etc to look after, and OH needs to come with me to poke said vehicle and he cant get any time off currently!!

Fudge and Wine to those who made it this far......geez all I want is basic lorry with basic living ford cargoish styleeee, that isnt beyond help!!!

GAH!!!!!

(oh in berks by the way!!!) anyone know of any secret lorries in this area for sale HA HA!!

Also the money people are asking just because they have pretty paint job is amazing!!!!!

Sorry I am GOING to be bed now lol!!

xx

LMAO!!!! Im up north and travelled 4 1/2 hours to view mine and them 4 1/2 hours back!!! Then travelled 5 hours on train to drive it back from Southampton!!!!

Join the club, I was nearly off to Surrey last week, but couldn't find the time in the end!

There is a lorry on eBay in chipping norton at the moment! Not quite what I was looking for though!

I could have grabbed it from S'hampton for ya!!

Yep, I know, its so true, but sadly I just havent time for the travelling it just doesnt fit lol!!!

There are some really overpriced bits of junk on several sites, really bad and you can tell the awful ones as they havent sold!!

Sadly I need 7.5T min.....although the temptation of an articulated for the minis did tickle me!!

PS think I may have found something fabulous...if I can only get the guy to ring me back!!!

as long as its MOT'd for substantial length of time and in good nick, you should be laughing with 3.5T. Is it worth the money you are advertising it for, have you compared it with yoru area and what else is available?? Or it could just be a dry spell!

well it is in good nick, it's mot'd till aug ( if it doesn't sell in the next couple of months will stick a year on it but at the mo i can't justify it as there is a good few months left) and taxed till end of april but i have said i'll take 6 months tax money off of the asking price if it sell before then, i think it is a fair price it's not cheap but it's not expensive if you get me!!! and as said i am open to offers i'm just hoping it's a dry patch and it will pick up, i thought people really wanted these type lorries.

When we got ours we rode up on OH's motor bike and brought it back in the lorry!

Know howyou feel though. When you finaly get one there will be loads about cheaper and closer - its sods law.

I was hunting for a used 3.5t but gave up as I could not find one with a full (or even recent) service history that was the weight we wanted/could take a 16.2hh. Getting a high-top renault master van type thingy coachbuilt now.
