Why is it so hard to find a mother daughter share?!

A good budget illustration.
- underpriced, so you would expect issues;
- someone on here has enquired about it, seller disclosing issues that put them off;
- no jumping pics and wording is very conservative on jumping skill/ability. A course of what height? Including fillers? With/without the odd run out or refusal?
- ad mentions very well schooled yet top selling point is pushing towards a hacking home (beach/fun rides) suggesting an issue that might well be physical.
And so on.

You get what you pay for. That horse’s owner is being honest and pricing accordingly.

Age (in both directions) lowers price hugely. Older horses can be absolutely amazing, but you never know how long you will have them for. They can go on for many years, or not, even if arthritis isn’t a factor. Hence the lower price.
 
I was idly looking through whickr last night and a dealer near Ely seemed to have mother/daughter share types at reasonable prices. I don’t know if it’s a dodgy dealer but wondered if it was worth an investigation. Have you looked on RightHorse/RightHome ?
 
I spend my life surfing the sales sections on FB and Donedeal and various dealer websites and honestly everything is 3 or 4 yo and far too much horse for the average leisure rider. Its tough, but hopefully you find something.

At risk of putting my self on the line here, on the back of the job I do, if this - viewing endless horses - even counts as being difficult for your daughter, she is one lucky girl.
