That today we had a tractor, portable loos on a trailer and a bus go past us. Yesterday rode past a forwarder moving logs about in the woods but we had a total knickers in a twist for the next 10 minutes jogging, snorting fit over a man hole cover with a bit of a puddle on it!!!!!

I will never get my mare.

My horse is similar, he surprises me with how good he is with large vehicles (after having an ISH who couldn't deal with anything bigger than a car this is quite a welcome change :)), but the other day he had a fit over a notice on a tree that was flapping slightly. I ride in an area where roadwork is compulsory though, so I'd rather he was good in traffic and a bit spooky with other things than the other way around!

Should've gone to Specsavers Toffee44! You obviously never saw the shark in that puddle!! Your mare didn't get where she is today by missing seriously scary things like that!!

My chap is the same, goes by all sorts of huge stuff that give me the vapours and then has a major meltdown if a leaf is turned the wrong way!

Tractors, lorries, tarp, flags, people, bikes, bridges (over and under), theme park, canal barge, canoe, city traffic, buses, airport, college, kids etc etc...fine!!

A baby rabbit in the distance? Snorting, freezing and attempting to spin!!

Haha! My gelding is exactly the same. Last week he walked very calmly past a crop sprayer - massive thing with a noisy engine, flashing lights etc. No problem, didn't even bat an eyelid. But he had a complete meltdown over an upturned bucket today. They are funny creatures :D
