Why steal my hats

Last night thieves stole my 2 riding hats ,a green velvet high dome cristie beaufort and my skull cap.Why take just them?I've taken home all my rugs today as they cost a fortune to replace and we never leave tack there but it makes you feel weird that someone is looking round.
If you see anyone in my green hat[which I loved] around Warks/west mid follow them and tell me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

oh god id be devastated if anone took my christie beaufort. its navy nd was my mums but i love it! i wear it alot. how wierd for sumone just to take ur hats.... il be taking mine home in future...

It's probably children, thinking it's a great joke. Have you looked around in the immediate vicinity? Having stolen them, they would not know what to do with them!
