God I'm fuming for you. I'm afraid I'd by pass the police and sort out the moron my way. Eye for an eye in my world...hope she's got pretty hair..cos she won't have by the time I would have finished with her.

Sorry not adult or responsible way to do it but I have no faith in the 'justice' system of this country so I'd give as good as I got.

I am so sorry for you and the ponies, people these days leave me speechless.

Just to say that I am a judge and I would not be unduly concerned about a pony with no tail in a lead rein class. Although a native should have a long flowing tail it doesn't affect their conformation or temperament so I would not count it against a lead rein pony at all.
