Wickham Fair.

A friend of mine went .She said there seemed to be less horses than normal and she didn't see any horses looking thin .
All the ones she saw didn't look in bad condition and were being handled ok. She said she had a good day out.
 
i know someone that went and said they saw a few skinnies and spoke to rspca bloke who said he was so busy and that he stopped couple as they were too thin.

she was going to pick up a lil shetland but it had sold.

it breaks my heart that does!
