Can anyone recommend a heavyweight turnout that would fit a big chested pony , his weatherbeetas pull at the front and look tight and uncomfortable

If you are feeling welloff then Fal otherwise for half the price Premier Equine fit my cob just as well. I used to adore the weatherbeata rugs and buy new ones every year but this "freestyle" doesnt fit any of the 4 horses on our yard and the rubbish material/linings seperate/fall apart in weeks-Also avoid Masta on cobs as the linings also fallapart in weeks and they rub terribly (my boss`s HOYS cob has disfiguring white patches to prove it) i will never waste my money on them again

How about buying a chest expander?

I also find Rhino rugs are pretty generous at the front.

mark todd's fit lovely & quality is good too, be very wary of rambos and fal they look fine until horse goes to graze and they dig into the withers like merry hell...
i found chest expanders useless, made the rug move too much in front causing rubs...

Another recommendation for Mark Todd - thought I'd never get a rug to fit my ponio but I've just bought a Mark Todd LW and it fits nicely. I also have a chest expander and that's worked well - I have a MW for him that was too tight but fits with the chest expander.
Think equestrian clearance have some offers on Mark Todd rugs at the mo.
