Hi all, im trying to get hold of a true Wilkie bit. Theres plenty of the loop ring wilkie bits around but want a true wilkie where the cheekpiece ring is on top not inside of the ring. I need a 4 /2 inch one. Does anybody know where i can get one from?

Flyde saddlery is about the only place. Keep a eye on eBay to although I have seen second hand ones go for the same price as new ones!!!

Thankyou, yer theres a few on ebay but unfortunatly the wrong size. Yer might have to invest into a flyde one, there 35 ponuds but have been on the look out for ages and nothing, i suppose i could put the other bits ive tried on ebay to help cover the cost. Thankyou:)

ahh bummer all th others i can find are magic mouthed and 5's or above or normal and 5's or above.

Looks like your poscket will be sore as fylses site has then at a scary 30 quid :(

I know alot of money but i will get alot of use for it i suppose. Im going to leave it till the end of the month (pay day) and if ive not found one, will have to go to flyde!!:(

They must be like hens teeth - I sold a 4.5" used one not long ago on ebay that went for £27. It only had a 99p start price

I know there wuite popular i dont understand why there not more readily available, they must be trademarked and thats why flyde can ask so much for them.

Was quite gutted though a 4inch one went for 7.50 this evening on ebay but it would have been to small for Hokey!!
