Will BD ever sort out their 'IT issues' ??

Ever since I joined a couple of years ago, my record has been consistently wrong and every time I query it I seem to get the same standard response every time. 'IT issues'. What's upset me now us that I should be on the Summer Music Festival leaderboard and I'm not. I would have loved to have seen my name on there. They have admitted the leader board is wrong and told me, you guessed it, they are having 'IT issues' and that my name should be on it. So disheartening. I just wish there was a different dressage organisation I could join.

I agree we pay a lot of money to be members and compete so to have your record confirmed should be a given!
I just registered baby horse and his name is showing as a mix of upper and lower case and I asked for it to be changed but nothing so far, disappointing

Same for the Bronze champs league table. I should be on there at around the 15th place mark and I don't even appear on it at all.

It's such a kick in the b******s when we all work so hard at this. It's so disheartening.
