We have a 15 hh nearly 15.1 Haflinger who turned 5 in February, he is muscled up alot in the last 6mths, I read they are a slower growing breed, is he likely to get any taller ?

My highland has grown a tiny bit since last autumn, maybe half an inch. He is now six and probably pretty much where he will end up although I think he will still fill out some more.

Woah! That's a big haffie! I wouldn't of thought he's grow anymore, but that's only because I've never heard of a 15.2hh haffie, nevermind a 15hh one! :) I'd love to see photos? I am haflinger mad:)

Equines grow until they are 7 although it slows significantly after 4 so yes, you will probably find he grows another inch or so over the next couple of years but it will hardly be noticable.

Equines growth plates don't actually completely form until they are 8, which is why you can't get an official life height certificate until they are 8 years old plus, so technically yes he could grow a bit yet, although most horses are pretty much done growing and only tend to fill out after the age of 5/6 yrs...

Now that is one big haffie, Would love to see some pics, i have a 14.1 haffie Mare and we hunt sometimes.

To get a definative answer you need to know at what age his parents finished developing. I know my mare finished growing aged 7, then filled out (arab), so not surprised her daughter growing in the same mold. That he is muscling up may indicate his upward growth has slowed.
