will i be looking for the impossible?

come next year around feb/march/april, i will hopefully be looking for a horse.
my requirment will be 16-17hh, 3and half / 4years, NO TBS/cobs/welshies/or fine horses.
would be for a bit of everything and under £2000.
is this possible?

I think you would be pretty hard pushed for that budget and with all those exclusions. You could try picking up an ISH at Goresbridge or similar, but then you would still have to transport them back.

It does seem a small budget if you are looking for a backed and ridden away youngster.
