I read online from a few people that if the horses/ponies bum is bigger than her withers she will grow a lot more and also from looking at her legs?

She is a 14hh 3 year old. Dad is a spotted 13.3hh pony and her mum is wpbr unsure of size but know her father was 16.2?! and her half parternal sister who is 10 days younger is 13.2hh.
Can any one guess or maybe tell signs from the pic?

Have you a picture that includes her legs? Her body looks quite immature, I think she's got a couple of inches growth left in her but that is just IMHO.

Agree better pic is needed. The bum being higher does not necessarily mean she will continue to grow as some horses are just bum high. However at 3 I would say she will definitely grow some more.

She looks immature and "growthy", but a very good way of finding out an approximate adult height is to do the string test.

Take a piece of string and measure from the elbow to the ergot (back of pastern), keep the end of the string on the elbow and flip up the other end to the wither - however much over the wither (or not) is the final height of the horse.

It's very accurate; I've used this with over 100 foals/young horses over 12 years of breeding and it's only been wrong twice (both were smaller than predicted), spot on 95% of the time and within a half inch for the others.

If she doesn't get big enough for you can give her to me, she's gorgeous.

Seriously though, I would think at three she should have a bit more growing to do if she's still bum high. As others have said a full pic including feet and on a level surface would possibly make it easier to judge.
