Will using a Pessoa

Help build up my mares top line and help with her hind quarters to build up? I've only ever seen them being used. Not used them myself. I don't want anything that's gunna make her lose weight, but help build up the muscle she has left.

I use a roller and side reins but I don't think it's doing that much for her. It's almost like its helped her as far as it can.

Was thinking of asking my friend if I could use hers for a couple of weeks to see how I get on.

Those of you who use them, do they help you?

I havent used one myself. However, my back lady came out this week and has recommendi use one. She has suggested once a week to build my boys topline up if that helps.

Yeah that's does help. I just want something to help build her up a bit. She's not such a poor doer but I'm putting some nice fatty foods into her ATM and would like her to turn nice and muscly.
