Will vets remove a wolf tooth
I have an 11 year old mare that has a Wolf tooth which I am getting removed as it may be causing problems with her accepting the bit. I was told that my vet would be able to remove it and apply a sedative if required.
My vet instead referred me to the equine dentist who is willing to do this without a sedative if he can, if not Im looking at a second visit with dentist and vet in attendance.
It would be interesting to hear of any other similar experiences with having these teeth removed.
