Thanks to clever friend and sometimes HHOer Quazzle I have found two pro links to photos from the weekend. A full range of facial expressions from me are covered. PLUS, possibly for the first time on camera, William takes (a few) bad shots . But he makes up for it by looking edible in the others IMHO.

I'm wondering if others went through that combo on 3 and 4, not 2 and 3 like me?!

And these, show-jumping plus some xc. I think my new improved sj position does allow him more freedom through the back, just needs a bit of tweaking perhaps.

I think he looks pretty cool in all of them actually - several looks of concentration and 'let me at 'em' but very schmexy in general! Loving your grin after that combo with the barrel aswell! :D

How come you get to SJ in your XC gear?

Many thanks guys, I think he looks terrific in the xc ones, but he has his eyes closed in the non jumping ones (best that way round I guess!), and some slightly suspect front leg action going on in the sj pics, plus er a little defensive in the next to last sj one ;). I agree with 4 white paws, that photo is nice, but think I prefer the one of him taking off over the first oxer in that sequence.

Oh, mm, as there was only 20 minutes between (until a hold). Works quite well, at least horse is wamred up. Just changed boots as W doesn't need encouraging to rub sj's any more than he does!

I adore the xc ones, esp with you grinning and him looking at the camera lense, as per usual lol

The one with his eyes shut is so cute! butter wouldnt melt.

I think you actually look great, some of them with your head in his mane going over that sj and the one with your face hidden by his ears made me LOL
Its like youre hiding :D

Great as always hon x

Some lovely pictures there, and at least the ones of him 'not looking his best' are on the flat between fences, and not over them, though the one of him standing right off did make me go

He's a handsome fella and seems to really enjoy his job. What level is he competing at?

Thank you MG! And that ain't standing off by his standards ;), he graced EWW when he did the pavo 6yo champs back in 2007 thanks to the most incredible leap over what everyone else made look a very boring oxer! He will be doing the CIC*** at Jardy next week.
