Just watched it on Sky+ - brilliant!

First time I've watched the Derby, will definitely be getting tickets next year! I love Will and Pippa Funnel, they seem like such a nice pair. Well done him!

Great ride from William Funnell today. Thrilled for him.

Half wanted Shane Breen to win which would have been quite an emotional result but was not to be.

What a nice chap Guy Williams is, and checked and patted his horse and made quite a fuss

of him after his fall, in contrast to Ellen Whitaker's rather petulant display of annoyance on top of the Derby bank.

Anyway Well Done William and Mondrian.

My daughter was there - lucky enough to have tickets for the members' enclosure and was sitting by the last jump - she had a FAB time.......and (as she's not a showjumping fan, but an eventing fan.......) PIPPA FUNNELL was standing less than ten feet away from her - that made her day!!!! Been busy downloading lots of photos off her digital camera to bore me with........
