He's round and stood up at the first attempt.
They removed a big gunky mass of stuff from the joint and hopefully now have the info to proceed.
I wish we were with him, I hate to think of him alone and scared in the stable at the vet's, it's quite a spooky place as it's a converted barn with no natural daylight.
I suppose he will be sleepy so with any luck will just doze, and I am sure they will keep checking on him carefully.

AWWWW he'll be woozy and dozy and won't really bother, probably just open one eye when they go to check him with an "Oh go away it can't be morning" glare.

Fingers crossed for you all that this has done the trick.
 
Arh have been following your posts. So glad he's still fighting, hope he continues. Thinking of you, your daughter and him tonight.
 
I would be praying for him (if I believed) but my thoughts are certainly with him. I wish you hadn't said that bit about him being alone and scared
