Willough did a sub 40 dressage !!!!!!, well 39 and got loads of 7's so excellent for her, had an unlucky pole in the SJ and XC clear but with 2.4 time (Pop park is very twisty and mostly strung so you can't cut corners and jump at angles to make up time, bad news if you only have pony length legs.

Jasper was a swine, very tense in the dressage , warmed up well for SJ, flew over 3, going forward and focused to 4 then planted and dipped left sharply, Bee stayed on he jumped it next time, went on nicely, approached 7 and just stopped, represented and stopped again. Eliminated.
Fence was right against the ropes and all the trade stands, also loads of people leaning over the ropes as lots of top riders there for the OI and AI, really busy, far more so than any other event. Still the little swine should NOT stop and will be taken out schooling this week if I can arrange it this week. He has a PC schooling clinic on next monday anyway, but bet he will behave there.

Pictures don't work for me

second lot of links worked for me. Glkad Willow went well, will she be going for pony trials on her? Looked out for you but hadn't memorised your numbers, and looking at her I'm pretty sure I didn't see you. Nearly accosted a rider on a roan pony though that was running early on to ask if she was Thistle's daughter!

Don't think we shall bother with pony trials, they are all so far away and Bee is GCSE year so last year for ponies too. Ponies are allowed to do Novice now so she will JRN (1st one at Gt Witch 24th march), the dressage is easier too!.
She jumped clear roung the Gt Witch novice course at area tetrathlon last year so fingers crossed.

I think Jasper was warming up for dressage when you were going round.

What day are you at grt witch?

Just had a look and realised im Sunday - I hate eventing on a Sunday!

Oh well have booked the monday off!!

Pictures not working for me (but my computer is playing up a bit).

Clever Willough getting sub-40 dressage - sounds so much better getting into the 30-somethings doesn't it!!

Where are you going after Gt Witchingham? We drew the line at that one (just too far away for one day).

Going to Chatel in France to our apartment to go skiing.

Have a 3 day Nick Turner clinic then poss SOE

Then Abbi has been asked to represent her PC at Royal Windsor show in the SJ (if she gets a place in the draw, fingers crossed our 2 riders get a place as we have never sent anyone before), considering Hambleden too.
