Wilmslow, A,Edge or Knutsford area for riding lessons?

Hello Everybody,

I'd like to have some lessons ( Wilmslow, A,Edge or Knutsford area), haven't ridden in a long while and wasn't at an advanced stage when I stopped, so guess I should start at nearly beginners stage. Can anyone suggest suitable (inexpensive) places?

there used to be a big riding school in Mobberly, and there was a place up on the Edge called Finlow Hill, but it has been years since i lived that way!

Wow, is that still going. I used to live in Mobberley about 30 years ago!

Both Mobberley and Finlow Hill are still going.
I rode at Mobberley for years, and only stopped in September due to university. They have a Riding Club there now.

I cant believe Finlow Hill is still going, is John Clark still the owner?
I used to cycle from Wilmslow to there every sat/sun, work as a skivvy just to get an occasional lesson off John, that place was my second home and I loved it.

Just looked at the website, and it did not look like that when i was a kid, it was a very relaxed place! back in the early 80's
