i have a 5 yr old horse with windgall shes not in any pain or anything we just felt down her legs the other day and noticed she had them. she was used as a trotter for gypsys. should i be worried? iv asked most people and they said she should be fine.

Its a sign of wear and tear on young legs im afraid, most of the time theyre just a bit unsightly, but it sounds like your horse has been worked hard.
Nothing really you can do but see if they remain benign, you might never have any bother from them, or the work done in the early days might lead to issues, probably just a wait and see job.
If the horse was mine id get them on a good joint suppliment, and get some magnet boots :)

yes she was cuz of the gypsys :/. shes been on cod liver oil for a while now and will get some magnetic boots soon :). hopefully she will be fine :) u cant really see them, we only found them as we felt all the way down her legs. loads of people have said there horses have had them since they were 4 and they are now 10 and were still sound as anything so hopefully that will be the case with mine :)
