Whats everyones view on them? Have you ever had any problems with a horse thats had them? My horse has two. I have heard that you shouldnt do too much roadwork with horses that have them.
i think they are fairly common now. specially amoung competition horses. my horse gets them behind after and event or going XC. i try not to jump/ride (expcept walk) on hard ground to minimize damage.
they don't bother him and go down when exercised and bandaged.
i am lucky and don't have any roads to go on but would avoid trotting on roads if i had a horse with windgalls.
