My daughter is taking me to Windsor on Saturday courtesy of some free tickets she has been given for stewarding. The disabled parking is totally sold out. Do any of you know how far a hike it is from the normal car park or indeed if there is any other little know place to park that would be less of a walk as I am in fact disabled and need to use a crutch. Any suggestions greatly appreciated.

I'd get her to drop you off on the main road while she goes off to park in either the main show car parks (if not sold out) or if she parks in the town and walks/gets a cab back. Dropping off will have to be v swift as its heavily policed usually and they get v twitchy with anyone stopping.
You'd still need to cross the road from the disabled parking, so yes, some walking involved - plus when you get into the ground too.

Thankyou, sounds the best plan.

We've been before when the car parking tickets were sold out online, but when I went to the Box Office they had plenty there, so I'd personally drive to the Disabled Car Park and see if they'll let you in.
