Windsor Sponsored Ride - start times?

I am just looking at the entry form and you have to select a preferred start time. The choices are 9.30-11.30am, 11.30-2pm, 2pm to close.

Does this mean if I select 9.30-11.30am I can start any time between 9.30am and 11.0am or do they allocate a specific time in this period?

The last time I did the ride, you started anytime within your timeslot. I would suggest you try for an early time as, depending on the weather, the ground can be cut up by lunchtime.
