From my experience, the jumps are set out in rows of 4 jumps, with 3 or 4 strides between them.
Last time they had the smaller ones on one side and the bigger ones next to them.
The only downside is that you can't pick and choose individual fences without having to pull your horse up in front of another fence - NOT IDEAL.

Ditto that.
Also, the jumps are ''solid'' but they fall down so easily. Very odd. Yeah, you either have to do the 3/4 in a row, or not! Lovely surroundings though.
I can send you one of my pics. We did the small ones (as it was our first outing since back to fitness). Basically 4 sets of 4 jumps, all very similar, nothing tricky, with the two heights running parallel. Long gaps inbetween though with wonderful countryside. What I didn't like though is that they make you walk almost all the way to the first set of jumps (about 1 mile) ... by the time we got there my horse was so wound up it took the next three sets to cool him down again. ;-)
The surroundings are lovely but the jumping is pretty rubbish.
From memory there are about 5 sets of 4 fences in a row.
The first set comes up after about 1/4 mile, hardly ideal.
Need to get my 4yo out to some rides around that time but I am debating whether to waste money on that ride or not.
