Can anyone tell me if there's cereal in this please and if so what/how much.

I'm thinking of swapping to this from Medium for one of mine but can't find the list of ingredients anywhere.

No, there isn't any cereal in the low energy

Ok thank you T_O_D, we do need a small amount for oomph so I'll just reduce the amount of Medium and add a supplement.

No cereals and mine have done fine on it for years.
