My horse has had a cough/cold for the last 5 days or so, which is now starting to clear up. He caught it from a new horse who had it when he came.
His cough has been quite dry and very occasional, but I wandered if it might be worth buying a tub of the WE Ventilate, as apparently a viral infection can leave the airways prone to secondary bacterial infection? I haven't ridden him obviously and don't intend to until he's not coughing at all.
Do you think it would be worthwhile?
