Hi all,
Not sure where's best to post this. I went to a pilates / alignment class yesterday which was great. We were shown how to do lots of exercises and my god am i stiff around my hamstrings and lower back! Anyway we all took turns sitting on our saddles and our position assessed and adjusted. The pilates teacher was surprised to find my right shoulder blade sticks out more than my left and recommended i see an osteo. I have no pain, i didn't even know about it! Google tells me it's a winged scapula normally an old injury. I've fallen off like you do when you're a kid, and been lifted off the ground by rearing pony but never been to hospital as never that much pain the next day. What would you do?
