Wintec 2000 with Cair!

You will probably get all those comments in your replies (ie. good/bad/ugly); I have had two GP models for several years for two of my horses (big ponies) and we have got on fine with them - lightweight, low maintenance, no need to worry about reflocking etc, fairly easy to change the gullets as required - BUT I will add we mostly hack and do pleasure rides, ride each horse probably for a max 4 hours a week, although we have done flatwork and jumping (up to 2'6) in them too with no problems.

Cair panels can be decidedly iffy. Sometimes they are different sizes and they are often taped together using parcel tape and overlapped, which would create a pressure point. Unfortunately, the only way of knowing whether you have them properly fitted is to remove the panels and have a look, which can be expensive.

I have one that I stick on my young horses, I actually love it ! It is very low maintenance but looks nice enough to go to shows or hunting in with a quick wipe over, super comfy and cheap enough to damage without being upset about it haha. Seems to fit them all very nicely too, quite open at the front so doesn't press on the shoulders
