Wintec close contact vs Thorowgood t4

What do you think of wintec close contact saddles, compared to Thorowgood GP T4 saddles? Looking for a saddle for my up and coming 4 yr old and its a choice of these-both have changeable gullet!! And of course, subject to checking by saddle fitter
 
i have a bates momentum for my 4yo gelding, it has a changeable gullet too. it was my late mares and she had a wintec close contact before it. they only critisim of the wintec was mine didnt have any grip to it and it was very tricky to stay put when she did her sliding stops sjing with no warning! the momentum definately helped me have a bit more grip. but i think the newer wintec close contact has fake suede knee rolls i think?
 
well its going to be her first saddle so I dont really want to spend loads on it. I have found both of these saddles second hand somewhere hence why those particular models. So which one do you prefer? That bates saddle sounds nice, maybe when shes grown up I will get it for her second ever saddle :)
