Wintec "easy" change help please!

Hi everyone

Desperate for some advice please.

Have bought a winter saddle in nearly new condition from eBay.

Changing from red gullet to black (so two sizes). I've managed to get the black gullet in place and screwed in correctly, problem is now the Velcro just won't line up right. There's no way I'll get the screws back in. Any advice greatly received!

Thanks but it doesn't.
I've watched all the videos and instructions and I understand how you're supposed to do it, I just cannot get the Velcro panel to sit back in place so as to get the screws done up.

it should slot in easily so if it isn't then chances are that the gullet is not lined up where it's supposed to sit or else is not pushed down far enough into the saddle.

My experience of wintec gullets is it's a 2 person job, one to hold things so they line up and the other to get the screws in.
