Wintec or Thorowgood for cob

Probably been done before but I have a round cob and wondered which saddle to go for. Any comments welcome

Wintec wide are good saddle.The gullets come in xxwide,xxxwwide and doubledecker bus size.

I have a wintec for my other horse but was wondering if the Thorowgood gave a better fitting with the gullet and the fish. Also what the wear was like on the fabric seat

I have a wintec if you want it, with two gullets blue and black. p.m me...

She's too round for the ordinay wintec, have tried her with the white gullet

I have a thorowgood which I am very happy with!

No personal experience but my thoughts would be for Thorowgood as they do a specific design for cobs.

my lad is rather on the rotund side !! and he has a wintec, fits him brill, he is very barrel shaped with hardly any withers

I'd reccomend the Thorowgood over the Wintec.
