i was thinking, if i rang my local tack shop, that do saddle fitting they could have a look at my wintec saddle that came with my pony. it has a twisted tree, but wintec saddles have a lfie time garuntee, so who would i contact to ask them about it? my tack shop, that supply wintec saddles and saddle fitting, or wintec company itself?
What do I do if I think my Wintec saddle is faulty - how do I return it?
If you are at all concerned that your saddle may be faulty in any way, please return the saddle to the stockist from which you purchased it or alternatively your nearest stockist, so they may assess your saddle. Should warranty work be required the stockist will require the warranty card along with the original purchase receipt. Associated transport costs are the owners responsibility..... this is what they say on their website
