I'm looking to buy my mum a winter jacket for her birthday, does anyone have any suggestions for a good quality jacket thats warm, waterproof and going to last a few years?

or, a bit out of left field but really good, a Blazewear gilet (runs off rechargeable battery), for us chilly mortals it is an absolute godsend!
