Winter Routine - how often do you ride?

I try to ride my boy about 5/6 times a week.
I'm still at school so finish at 2.45, sometimes earlier as I'm in 6th form and have free periods, so I can go up early.
we have an outdoor school with lights so its all good

Dibbs lives out and I ride most days (hacking) for 2-3 hours, except weekends when I work.

We do have a floodlit school but as I'm not competing at the moment I very rarely use it.

I don't have any transport.

I ride 2-3 times a week during winter. Hack Saturday and Sunday - usually 1-2 hours each. Then school probably once a week if I can get up in daylight for 30-40 mins. We have an outdoor school with lights. Plus one fortnightly hour long lesson where we usually have to work hard!

Won't ride in howling gales but will hack out in rain if not too heavy. I have a good do-er and I have to keep trying to get the weight off him all winter with work.

What are your facilities and what is your typical Winter routine for your horse?
If I had a sound horse, I would probably aim for 1x lunge per week, 2x schooling sessions and 1x lesson, 1x hack (or 2 hacks and no lesson) At the moment horse is just hacking so that is just weekends.
What level do you compete at? RC, though nothing for over a year.
Do you have transport? Nope.

Try to ride 4 x a week, a hack at weekends and in the school weeknights, difficult to keep enthusiasim though!! tonight is the first time I have ridden for 6 days due to weather!! I'm not too worried though as after xmas the days will draw out and we'll soon be hacking out in the evenings!

Winter similar to summer - that is weather permitting and state of our arena which gets waterlogged when too much rain like lately... I do 30 mins of schooling or lungeing on weekdays 3-4 times and hack out anything between 45mins to 70mins on weekend days, on weekdays I have my children (toddler and baby) with me at the yard so am lucky to be able to do as much as I do and at weekend my other half helps me get away for a slightly longer hack once which is lovely. I have no transport and horse has back issues so I don't compete bar the odd local show in the summer when I am lucky.

You've seen our facilities but large outdoor arena, full set of SJ and arena XC fences though not always up, floodlights. Also have a walker.
Odd bit of Prelim dressage, little XC, and hunting.
Yes I have transport.

I'm lucky that we have a walker, and my YO will ride, hack out or ride and lead your horse on a hack from hers. ATM I'm trying to long rein once a week, school once in the week, jump or poles once a week (or in hand over poles), walker once or twice in the week, then hack, lesson (either flat or jumping), maybe compete, and/or hunt at weekend.

I was wondering if you were still alive anyway!!! I did txt you after you came over but I think I must have upset you...
