Hello!

I have a show next weekend, and I've come to the conclusion that no amount of brushing is going to get the grease out of the ponies coat! I'm going to wash his legs, but I think it's still a bit chilly for a full body wash.
Can anyone recommend any waterless shampoos that are good?

Thank you! :)

My mare has had a skin problem so had to have medicated baths weekly all winter, i have been using hot water, well warm, to shampoo and rinse and rugged well until dry, depends how woolly he is as I had to clip my girl so she dries alot quicker 😃
I boiled alot of kettles before I started and kept them boiling whilst I was bathing x

Hot cloth with dettol. Get as hot as you can put your hand in water with dettol, a flannel i find works best and give the coat a good rub off all over. I havnt bathed pony all winter but have done this regulary and she looks like she was bathed yesterday. If you do it daily after grooming till the show your horse will look spotless.
