wireless cctv anyone use one !!!!!!

i'm looking to buy a wireless cctv with 200m range, does anyone use one, are they any good, have been looking on web pages, prices vary so much !!!!

I would love to be able to monitor the horses in the field as I leave them out 24/7 and I could do from bed with a pc!!! Yeah!!!


I think if you have an antenna you can do unto mile!! But do you need an electricity source in the field?

We have them at our yard which is fab, they are also hooked up to a private website so we can view them online and view previous days etc online. Its great if you have a colicy horse or something.

They are defintaly worth it though, for peace of mind more then anything.

we've been looking at Spycameracctv.com (foaling cam) you don't need electricity, it will run off a 12v caravan battery !!

Anyone bought from them ?

For the baby-cam monitor's you need to plug the camera into an electric socket, which we don't have at the stable !!

We'll be giving Spycamera a call tomorrow - will let you know what they say !!!!!!!!

spoke to spycamera company today, you do need a direct line of vision from stable/field to where you will be watching from (no buildings - signal will not pass through) we have, so will be ordering soon !!!
