I have just treated myself to a new Digital Wireless CCTV to check on my mare as she is due to foal. I have
a Swann ADW-350 with two cameras. We have set it up to the stables which are situated on our drive about 20 m from the house. The reception is poor and I had an idea of upgrading the antenna which is attached to the camera. Have phoned Swann technical support and they were as much use as a chocolate teapot :p. saying that because it is digital I can't change the antenna (methinks rubbish)!!! Anyone out there know anything about these cameras and what I can do? (Hoping and praying that someone can help).......

I have had a look on the net, lots of info, too much to retype i am afraid, but mainly speaking about double antennas placed back to back, have a search

Hi - have just asked my OH as we have just had a signal issue with my trailer camera, so he is CE (camera expert!) now ....... He says you could try a camera extension aerial (look on Trailervision site) which may work if the aerial s then mounted outside your boxes . Is this a possible solution? Hope it helps ......
